網友轉來中青在線-中國青年報12月23日發表的《方舟子談蜂蜜：基本上是高濃度糖，人工可復制，天然的未必好》，要我“趕緊”說看法。--- 現在是圣誕新年假期，我正跟同事朋友們通宵小聚。剛好，其中有食品法行家律師。跟他們說了情況和請他們指教，我看到一些資料，應網友“趕緊”要求而“趕緊”簡答如下：

方某那篇文章再次證明：因不懂裝懂和搞造謠惑眾，所以，方舟子剽竊也會抄錯，且是涉嫌鼓吹犯法活動的言行。即所謂“打假人士”方舟子的真相是“造假人士”、是個靠造謠惑眾吃飯的無業人員。

譬如，方某文章說：“一次典型的測量結果是這樣的：水占17.1%，糖占82.1%，蛋白質占0.3%，其他成分不到1%”云云，那是使用別人數據而不給來源、好象是他的東西了。那是明擺著的抄襲剽竊行為，可是，方舟子又抄錯了。

食品法行家律師說，實際數字是水占17.1克、而不是17.1%，等等，且相關數據已輸入到維基等大眾知識網站，譬如：

行家朋友說，就成分說明而論，若講百分比，水份是17.2%；若講重量比例，水份是17.1克。這個單位計量的微小區別，反映了是內行還是外行、或反映了作者是原始作者、或是引用者卻不懂得他在引用什么。

根據行家朋友指教，可以看到方舟子再次抄襲剽竊也是再抄錯。譬如，他那些抄錯數據早有：

對比可以清楚看到，方舟子使用別人數據而不給來源，是抄襲剽竊行為；而他不懂裝懂地搞造謠惑眾，所以搞剽竊也抄錯。這已經發生多次，且是方舟子行假欺騙的行為模式了。

就自然和人工的蜂蜜是否同樣或“哪個更好”而言，行家朋友介紹說，美國等國家早有食品營養學和醫學的實驗及鑒定，兩者顯然不同，因而，美國FDA-等部門有明確的法規規定區別其申明和標簽。譬如，營養及醫學實驗鑒定說明，天然蜂蜜正常食用無害，但人造蜂蜜多種多樣，其中有些對孕婦是有害的、有的甚至可導致癌癥。此外，人造甜劑假蜂蜜為醺酒提供機會，也是法規嚴加管制的。因此，按照法規規定，不管是產品申請還是產品標簽，天然和人造之兩者必須有區別清楚的說明，否則，就可能有禁止上市或召回的處理。

可見，美國官方法規規范的規定是把不同糖類做區分的，即把不同糖類混同搞摻和是違法行為，對此，美國FDA-曾有過多次警告。這里是混同不同糖類而被FDA-警告的不少例子之一：

對比科技事實、政府法規和公告等事實看，很清楚，方舟子所謂的天然和人造糖類或蜂蜜沒什么不同、人造的甚至“更好”之類的言論，那不但是違犯科技事實且是鼓吹犯罪活動的造謠惑眾的言行。

至于方舟子說的所謂蜂蜜消化變成單糖才被吸收進人體、所以天然和人造沒什么不同云云之說法，是陳舊爛貨，譬如他鼓吹轉基因和天然作物沒什么不同，也是那么說的。對那種外行不懂裝懂的造謠惑眾，人民網強國論壇網民早就給予嘲笑批評：礦石和蔬菜里的鐵元素都一樣；照方某說法，人類需要鐵元素、就去吃鐵礦或吃鋼錠好了，哈！

至于中青報發表方舟子那篇造謠惑眾和鼓吹犯罪活動的文章，不新鮮，他們已經做了多次，且至今逍遙法外。這也可以看到，中國大陸的一些媒體記者編輯是多么愚蠢無知和品質底下，為了圈錢而發表造謠文章去欺騙廣大讀者。
